This blog should probably be named "healthy and unhealthy drinks blog".
There's just so much junk that is being marketed as" good for you" that I thought maybe a blog where I could write some of my experiences would be beneficial. Then if you could comment on your findings that would be great also. As I come across articles of interest I will post these also.
